Mission-Haiti would like to introduce the newest member of our team. Dr. Mary Berg has agreed to serve as the Medical Director for Mission-Haiti’s new medical clinic. Dr. Berg is currently a Family Medicine Physician with the Sanford clinic on 26th & Sycamore in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Dr. Berg attended Creighton University for her undergraduate and medical school education and she also has her MBA from the University of Sioux Falls. Dr. Berg will serve with Mission Haiti on a part-time basis and will continue to work for Sanford in Sioux Falls.

When asked about this opportunity with Mission-Haiti, Dr. Berg said,  “I am really looking forward to this opportunity because with Mission-Haiti I will get to serve others through Christ. 

Healthcare is a basic human right and a building block for the community and we have the opportunity to help this community establish an improved quality of life through accessible healthcare."Mission-Haiti has recently purchased the land for a new medical clinic and will be starting construction soon. Dr. Berg will serve as the leader for the new clinic and assist Mission-Haiti in developing a long-term plan to serve the people of Ti-Rivyè and the surrounding communities.
